Artlink is an annual international artists’ workshop organized as a collaborative effort and a cultural commitment of the German Cultural Institute (Goethe Institut), British Council, Alliance Francaise, and the Vibhavi Academy of Fine Arts.

The Artlink workshop is an annual visual arts event held in a selected location in Sri Lanka with the participation of Sri Lankan and international artists.

Membership:
The decision making body of Artlink consists of a working committee with representation from Goethe Institut, Alliance Francise, Vibhavi Academy of Fine Arts and the British Council. The working committee consists of 9 members.
